Following his high profile trial, attorneys for Sean Diddycombe say the rap mogul has stopped paying his legal bills as he serves out a 50 month federal prison sentence.

Sean Combs, civil attorney, says the imprisoned hip hop mogul hasn't paid his legal bill in more than six months and is asking a judge to let him off a lawsuit that Combs filed in 2024.

The lawyer cited a, quote, total breakdown in cooperation and communication with Combs.

In a statement, Sean Combs accused his attorneys of overcharging him and running up his legal bills while he serves out a 50 month sentence in a New Jersey federal prison.

Combs is currently scheduled to be released in February 2028.
