But you actually put out, and I want to add some context, June as we are in Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
um and you actually put out a very good article crash and i just want to say thank you for sharing that uh you sent it to me because i asked where i could see it at and it was on x so you guys don't follow either myself or crash definitely head over to at the daddy shuttle um great great little piece that you wrote there homie and i want to caveat you know that and just say homies It's okay to fill in your fill sometimes.
It's better, I guess I should say, to cry on your homie's shoulder than to have your homies carry you over their shoulder, if that makes any sense.
A lot of times, you know, we don't want to speak about shit that's bothering us because whatever factors the machismo, you know, we just bury it below or we maybe don't have anybody to talk to.
it's okay to talk to somebody, Crash, right? It's okay to let your feelings be known.
