Bears MUST Go All-In: Khalil Mack, Jeffrey Simmons for a Super Bowl Push

All right, Shea.

Looking at last week's game and looking ahead, I think there's been a pretty consistent theme all season that Bears fans have talked about.

And it seems like Ryan Poles is also interested in improving this position.

That is this Bears defensive line.

We got the report this weekend from Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter that it seems like the Bears are heavily interested in Khalil Mack, but...

Seems like the Chargers are still locked into making the playoffs here, and they're not budging on moving on from any pieces, which sounds like a bunch of horse hockey in my mind.

I mean, what are we doing

here? It's bullshit.

It's exactly what it is.

Of course they're going to trade pieces.

Like, duh.

Oh, we're

going to

win games.

Yeah, that's nice.

They're kind of dumb, though.

Why? No, I'm just saying, they're kind of dumb in the sense of, if they didn't trade anybody, I wouldn't sit back and go, yeah, that doesn't shock me.

They're going to trade people.

I mean, there's no reason for them to say they're going to do it now, because you might as well try...

Milk some value.

If somebody's going to give me a fifth-round pick in two weeks...

but I require him to give me a third-round pick today.

If somebody wants to jump the market and give you a third-round pick for Khalil Mack, let him do it.

Yeah.

And I think here's the big question on this, right? Because there's a bunch of podcasts right now talking about, you know, should the Bears do it, should they not? It's Khalil Mack.
