wow yeah yeah hey This fourth quarter, man, I've been investing in a lot of stocks.

Third quarter, everything was down.

And I do option trading.

And I got in a lot of options.

And this fourth quarter, a lot of stuff started just coming up out of nowhere.

So I can definitely relate

to that.

Good or bad? Some good, some bad.

See, now...

Now, I'll tell you this one thing.

I was betting against the S&P and I was hoping that it would go down.

But it just started spiking up.

Everybody's so optimistic about this vaccine.

So I'm like, okay, you know, I've had these options in for like a whole month and they just expired worthless.

So I'm like, wow.

Sucks.

Yeah, you know, you have to realize the S&P is And I, here's the thing we take it, take, don't look for advice from anybody because everybody advises like an asshole.

Everybody's got one.

Doesn't mean they know.

So what you have to, what you have to do is seek counsel, counsel from people that are where you want to be or do the things that you want to do.

I was very fortunate to have some great, really great advisors along the way.

And as an ex financial advisor, that's what I was doing as a banker back in the day in the, understanding stocks and bonds and options and mutual funds and stuff like that before I got into the mortgage business, some really great advice can be is invest in things that you know, that you like.

It's a whole lot easier.

I mean, you try to bet against specific S&P 500.

The S&P 500 is an ever-changing market for the most part.
