Um, and, and maybe I should start with just the kind of the idea behind the ministry itself in this, was that looking back on my life, I recognized through all those years I wasn't saved, and it was after the death of River that, uh, uh, be- began the awakening.

T- and the first realization I had was that I didn't have any hope, which is chapter number 10.

The Lord saved me, um, shortly after that, and then years go by and I started to look back on my old life and people would say, you know, "How long have you been a Christian?" My answer used to be, "I've always been a Christian," which is chapter number four.

I, I actually wasn't a Christian before we lost River, before the Lord saved me.

And so then that really bothered me 'cause I would talk to other people and we would talk about, you know, things, things in our life and talk about our walk with the Lord, and I would want to tell them, I'd wanna grab them and say, "You sound like I used to sound.

Which is confusing because people, when you say, "I wasn't a Christian," people are like, "Oh, so you're an atheist."


No, the, I think one of the most controversial things I've been saying lately is that, um, I alwa- I've always believed in God.

Right after you lost Riv, and we knew each other well, not as well as we do now, but well then.
