It was a pre-incarnate appearance of Christ.
And the other two were angelic beings who looked like men and they were commissioned to go where? Sodom and Gomorrah remember they went into it and then the crowd of people saw them and the men were trying to go after them for sexual reasons and all of that kind of stuff so yes the son and then of course we know what happened on Christmas morning he actually took upon himself flesh always remember His humanity was an addition, never a subtraction from the perfection of who He is.
