The synopsis for this episode is the White House deals with a disruptive spirit from the East Wing, and Stan worries that South Park has become too political.

So at South Park Elementary School, all the kids cheer and leave the building, and Stan is in Randy's car, both heading for their new home.

'Cause as you remember, they left the farm a couple episodes ago during the, uh, ketamine stuff.
but-No, I, I think-
... that's, that's funny with the ketamine

And they were doing a lot of ketamine, and what they ended up trying to do, well, basically the farm ended up getting shut down was because all the immigrants were taken by ICE, so he has nobody else working for him anymore, so they can't produce weed.

Stan then is told that there may be some good news, that now they're leaving the motel, only to be disappointed and shocked to hear that the family can't afford a house and must now live in Shady Acres Retirement Home, where Grandpa Marvin lives.
"Grandpa Billy.
Grandpa Billy" [laughs]
How was school today, bud?
