Moving on to Brendan Carr.

Now, Brendan Carr is part of Trump's FCC, right? He's the chair.

It's been revealed because somebody is trying to do a hit on him that he was part for at least a decade of a rogue Alcoholics Anonymous group.

In Washington, D.C., yes, and guess what they did? They basically created a little cult, and they engaged in all kinds of group sex and all the rest.

These are the same billionaires who handed Trump a check for $16 million to settle a frivolous lawsuit against 60 Minutes, then canceled Stephen Colbert's program days after he referenced that as a big fat bribe, then reportedly offered the Trump White House up to $20 million in free public service announcements and installed a Trump-humping ombudsman at CBS News to police bias at the network.

And the FCC, run by Trump's favorite brown-noser Brendan Carr, has blessed Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, taking a 49.5% equity stake in the new entity that will control two of the three most important news networks in America.

Don't expect any future analysis of Saudi involvement in 9-11, critical exploration of what Trump gave up in exchange for a $400 million 747 jet, or the billions that have gone to Kushner and the Trump boys Uday and Kusei.

Because of momentous decisions made by Presidents Reagan and Clinton, freedom of the press in America is now as much an economic issue as a political one.

Reporters Without Borders found that a dozen once-powerful media owners were pushed to sell to intelligence-linked companies, while the handful of businesses who backed Sisi got to keep theirs.

The spy agency's media group now owns the ON, CBC, Al-Hayah, and DMC networks, and those Egyptian journalists who dared criticize the regime all went to prison.

Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippines used regulatory power the same way Trump lickspittle Brendan Carr's FCC does today.

The country's largest newspaper, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, was forced to sell to a billionaire Duterte ally under threat of imprisonment for breaking media rules.

That's the report, right? And under the Democrats, there's usually more of a sense of like, all right, like, is this really working for most Americans in terms of are they getting the speeds or, you know, is it reliable? Is it affordable? Those are the things that are considered.

When Carr took over for the Trump administration, he was like, none of that matters.

What matters is how did the telecommunications companies feel about it? And not all of them, let's be honest, not most of them.

How did the big ones, the big ones that like I depend on for support, how do they feel about things? And so it's a different report.

and how Brendan Carr feels about it? How do you think they feel about it?

It's going terrific.

But we need a moment of clarity.

Don't we need a moment of clarity? If you can work on a dig on Brendan Carr, that would be great too.

But we need to know where we stand.

Do we have a free press or not? Do we have freedom of speech or not? Do we have the right to express ourselves freely in America or not? If we don't, what kind of message does that send across this country? What kind of message does that send across the world? Some very big important stakes.

Fox News again, story number 11, FCC chair blasts House Democrats' extreme position on gender ideology and kids programming in a fiery letter.

Brendan Carr cited Disney Junior's Muppet Babies, Netflix, and Strawberry Shortcake, among others, pushing trans content.

right? This is, you know, I think anything sexual

You wanna talk about protecting Christian holy sites, Erdoğan? What happened to the great church there in Istanbul? What happened to Hagia Sophia? What happened to it? If you wanna talk about protecting Christian sites, Erdoğan, what happened to it? Why can't we go and worship in that church anymore, Erdoğan? Geez.

I would say what needs to be said, but Brendan Carr does not, only gave me one get out of jail free card, courtesy of the FCC.

This is just bizarre from The Guardian.

So they're going after the FCC chairman, Brendan Carr.

Okay.

And the headline is this.

Brendan Carr was a member of a rogue alcoholics anonymous group some labeled a cult.

And the story is that there was this group in the D.C. area where the guy who was running it was abusive towards some of the female members.

Now, Brendan Carr is not implicated in any of that.

He was a guy who was trying to better himself, going to, well, Alcoholics Anonymous.
