Roaring Repeater Podcast - Dropping Some Big "If" Bombs

Well, I'm pretty sure that I sat here about four weeks ago and was talking about this particular week we're in.

Is this the right week to let a head coach go if you choose to do so? Is this the right week to make a change at quarterback position if you choose to do so? Well, ate those words.

Because look where they are.

What a difference a few weeks make.

And we also sat in these exact chairs and told you that let's dream a little.

Cowboys could really go on a run here.

If they can find a way to win in California, they did that.

If they can come home, take care of business against a Northern Illinois team that is absolutely dreadful, they did that.

Then you know against Air Force, it's always a one-possession, two-possession game.

They don't win in Laramie of late.

You have a real opportunity here, and here it is knocking where they're really going to be playing meaningful football in the month of November.

I mean, I wasn't shocked that they won the game.

I was shocked that it was a two-possession win, though.

Yeah, for real.

For all these years, you know, they're so

close.

Yeah, and considering they had three offensive plays in the third quarter.

Yeah, and six in 20 minutes.

Yeah.

I mean,

that third quarter was about as long of a quarter I've ever sat through in my life.

And that's a running team that still made it because of penalties, a few incomplete passes, and some

injuries.

Yep, it took a while.

And you know, that's some of the dumbest shit I read this week.
