Now, I'll bring this back to you guys and I'll start with you.
Think hard, actually, because before even the podcast started, I saw you guys basically reviewing.
It felt like the game in your own room.
What was your expectation and prep going into the series and what's the takeaway coming out of it? Like I said,
in scrims, we think that you guys are the best team.
It's just, is it going to happen on stage or not? From our perspective, game one kind of exploded at grubs, which is, for me also, that's kind of like the communication around grubs, those are kind of the little things.
It's like, what are you doing right afterwards? Are we just zoning Katante, pushing out top and re-swapping, or are we actually fighting a banana? So I think that game, at least from our perspective, we thought we were in a good spot, but we failed that one timer, then the game gets hard, and then Team Liquid plays well.
And then in game three, once again, like we're also reviewing a lot of little things because the little things are what make it so that when we're playing Victor, Ziggs, we don't have first set up in a game where we probably should have first set up, you know? So it is those little things that kind of compound that comes with having experience, having Koji J on the team, like having these players that really understand the big picture and get everyone to...
to be aligned on what needs to happen to get to the winning situation.
So we're a team that we fight well, we're very aggressive, but it is hard to have that consistency, and that's the consistency you need to do really well in playoffs against teams like Lyon, C9, and TL.
Where was, just for one thing, where was CoreJJ in that last game? I'm good on the shock haul in front, but I'm just saying Cryo was kind of everywhere in the Alistar game.
I didn't see my Rakan matching the tempo.
I
was like, we better have the biggest experience gap on bottom
lane.
The Cryo Alistar was hunting my team.
Yeah.
He
was also level 4 or something.
Yeah, that's fine.
That's fine.
If he's going to win mid and top and my Rakan's going to have a level gap, unless we can turn it into a fight, then
yeah.
I fully expected FlyQuest to win that game, so I was just going through Alistar's POV.
He was definitely the CEO of the map.
