I'll remind people, this really was the feeling in the scene.

The second Carlos simultaneously sold Perkz to Cloud9, therefore moved him from the region so Fnatic couldn't have him.

And then also got reckless for free from Fnatic, who on paper was the only person you would have liked.

upgraded perks from at that role everyone said wow Carlos has ruined Western League of Legends because now they're going to easily win both splits and they've ruined Fnatic and he's ruined all the competitors and he's shipped perks out of the region and the gag being the summer was actually one of the most competitive splits ever and they didn't even qualify to Worlds and they won zero of the splits so it actually didn't even end up but you can even see the glimpse of it because Rekkles won the MVP in the first split they were actually very good in the first split they just didn't make it happen in the playoffs is the problem And one of the things I can tell you that was an error from the outside, but you just couldn't know this at the time, was when they got Reckless and paired him with Mickey X, that looks genius from outside because Reckless has just had a pretty good time with Hillersang, if you remember.

GoToOn wasn't on the same roster as M Dillon, so that's a mistake on my part.

So I think if it's NA, you know, the only NA org is maybe Cloud9, but it doesn't sound like they want to make changes yet.

This is less of like active roster news and more of news Just a regular mainstay in the league scene is retiring, that being Coach Enero.

Most recently on C9.

He was on organizations like Golden Guardians before, finding great success.

Deep playoff runs there.

It sucks.

I mean, he's a guy who's been a staple of, like, coaches in north america for the longest time at this point i mean he's had successful runs pretty much it felt like most places he went so just seeing seeing him just be like you know what it's time for me to step back take my time do my thing and it's like good for him honestly it's it's a very stressful thing i mean they work long hours just based on the idea of trying to uh get your team ready to go because that especially in like a head coaching position and i mean he was in c9 last so the infrastructure was there but it just felt like towards the end it was a little bit rough for him between like his disguise time his immortals time and then all the time that he had on c9 there was yeah rough patches yeah

And unfortunately, he was kind of at the forefront of a lot of the C9 curse that's been going on, where they missed out on Worlds many years in a row.

He's been the head coach for two years at C9.

But then he points out that in CS2, so the first major was Copenhagen.

He beat Cloud9, the one that had no AWP.

So they weren't an elite team, even though I think they were a top 10 team.

Then at Austin, it says they beat Na'Vi at Austin, who'd already fallen off and had had zero semis in the prior four events and had failed a few events.

So I have to figure out exactly which team which.

All right, we have Cloud9 against Inconceivable.

Yeah, Inconceivable, not Incognito.

With Map 1, Capture the Flag on Aquarius, Inconceivable taking that one 5-2.

Map 2, Slayer on Origin, with Inconceivable also winning this map 50-36.

Map 3, Oddball on Recharge, Inconceivable also winning this map 2-0.

Map 4, Strongholds on Live Fire, and Cloud9 winning that one 250-226.

And to close the series out, Slayer on Solitude for map number 5, Inconceivable winning this 50-36, ending that series, Inconceivable winning the series 4-1.

And we've seen that in the past with, with DNF last year, right? You get Berserker, who is about to become the LCS MVP again.

He had that pedigree before in the past with Cloud9.

And LCS

and LCK are pretty comparable.

I really struggle to believe that teams can get much better than I think they are.

That's why I really struggle to see Cloud9 going any further than they are.
