Rich is joined once again by 2022 world champion Jake Wightman to preview the Diamond League Final in Brussels - which falls a week before the inaugural World Ultimate Championships in Budapest. We…
But just a few things that sort of happened in the last week, we might as well just be good to talk about.
One of the things I did want to speak about is Nadia Batacletti, Jake, and your thoughts on her, because she ran an Italian record of 357, 5,400 metres at the weekend last Obviously, she's the European champion over 5,000, 10,000 meters.

She's been so good other years, but I feel like this purple patch at the moment is being so, so good.
And when you hear about what she was saying about her May time, I think it was where she wasn't even sure she'd have a season to think that in August she's had these couple of weeks.
And I was like, is she still nursing something? Because if this is what she's doing when she's nursing a potential problem, it's like she potentially haven't even seen the best of her.
I think that's the scariest thing is she pulls away in the last 200 of a race within probably 10, 20 meters, which is very, very impressive.
So yeah, I saw just a clip of the last lap and it was crazy that she can do that and then go and dominate over 10K at champs as well.
that keep strapping on because they've sort of had an injury or some niggles in the past and they're kind of almost too worried to take it off or it almost becomes a bit of like a tradition for them? Maybe, I don't know, like a...
