So, for instance, you look at athletes, you know, that, again, I know very, very well, so the likes of my lad, Jakob Ingebrigtsen.

Let's say they run 5K in a race.

Their lead up in the weeks to that, they are running a hundred and eighty, two hundred K every week For two months leading up to that.

And people say, "Oh, it's great the amount of goals." No, it's not.

And I will say that because then you go back to what sport is all about, and I take everybody back to when they played as a kid in the field or in the playground or wherever it might be.

You had two groups of lads, and you knew that one was better than the other substantially.

You'd say, "I tell you what, you give us a five-nil head start, give us one of your players, and we'll play against you." Kids want fair competition.

The challenge of Gressier has gone, despite the teamwork that was all too evident in the early stages.

And Jakob Ingebrigtsen now powers away from the rest of them over the last 100 meters.

Serre is trying to match him here, and Ingebrigtsen alongside Serre.

Maybe Luke can lose this one.

Mr. Sot, the French naughty boy, or clever tactician, whichever way you look at it, was taking the race out, and he was helping out Jimmy Gressier get it moving from the gun, because you would think they were trying to capitalize on, oh, Jakob, he doesn't want it to be hard and fast, because he didn't back up to do the 1,500 the week prior, so...

Maybe he's going to be a little bit tired and maybe this is a way we can get at him.

It's like, if it's Ingebrigtsen up against Josh Kerr, there's only one way I want to see that going.

My crush of the week would absolutely positively have to be, honestly, Jakob Ingebrigtsen.

so like, it's, I could name actually right now in this moment, four families, but like, but so Jakob Ingebrigtsen, like his kind of like family, they used to be coached by his dad.

or Gert and then like they end up suing their dad and there was this crazy trial but anyways all to say like Jakob was like he's been out all season he just came back and he used to be like the king of the sport and now he's like he's not quite the king anymore but he's been giving really funny post race interviews where he's being like so rude about everyone else like he's just like he's just like calling everyone else like losers essentially it's really fun to me yeah and I just love that he's back
