Well, this is a, you know, I, I'm not sure if I've mentioned this word on your show before.

Um, but I sort of come back to it from time to time on my show and that's the liminal space.

If you go into a school anywhere in America, there'll be a strange feeling in a school in the summertime.

Um, you see this all the time, you know, abandoned things outside of their time, a ski resort in the summer.

Places that are temporarily paused in their utility have a kind of anxiety inducing effect and you'll call it liminal space.

We've understood for a long time, you've heard Bitcoin Bitcoiners talk about fourth turnings and the crisis period.

The difference is the narrative that Bitcoin had was really built off of that software world of Marc Andreessen and software is eating everything.

And it was from the post-financial crisis of zero percent interest and cheap money everywhere.

And ICOs were like a thing, you know, new plumbing for Wall Street, more financial engineering.

And so everything that worked for Bitcoin in a lot of the superficial narratives, right, the Wall Street narratives, not the actual proof of work Bitcoiners, but The human capital that came into Bitcoin after the cryptographers, after the miners were the Wall Street people.

And they had a lot to do with the narrative progression of Bitcoin, with the psychological engine of Bitcoin perpetuating forward into Wall Street, which produced Bitcoin.

Michael Saylor, of course, sat there for many years saying, yeah, I'm not sure about these stock buybacks anymore.
