Let's just start, start with, before we get into sort of detail, why? Why have photo books? Why own them? You know, so photographers put out books of their work.

You get companies or publishers who put out books of various photographers' works or themes, or we've all seen them, your guide to street photography, or how to take better pictures, or here's, I don't know, America or something else.

So you can't always go to an exhibition, right? We don't all have the time for that.

You also might have a favorite photographer whose pictures you love, and it's one thing seeing it on a screen through your laptop, PC, phone, whatever.

But it goes back to the tangible, holding a book in your hand, seeing the pictures printed in the way they have wanted it to be printed.

I mean, I, I had a quick tally up before, um, be- before we came on, and I've got about j- just over 60 photo books of various descriptions.

I've got, um, collections of different, you know, uh, books that have got collections of diff- lots of different people in it and, you know, individual photographers' books.

Um, and yeah, I, I, it's, it's just nice to have a flick through and, and get some of that inspiration and, you know, and, and the techniques.

I mean, I don't know how well it's working 'cause, uh, you know, most of my photography's terrible, but, um, [laughs] it's still nice to look at.

And yeah, uh, it's, it's something about just, uh, laying out a, an, a good, you know, photo book and, and, and flicking through these gorgeous photographs.

They're always usually well printed on, uh, on nice paper and yeah, I, um, yeah, I love a, I love a good b- uh, photo book.

And I think, so one of the things we've, I thought we'd, uh, talk about is w- uh, where you can get, uh, these photo books from.
