Studio 54

1,000% I would have been big time.

I would have been at Studio 54.

At least I would have been trying to get into Studio 54.

I would have been in that scene 1,000%.

But for me, and again, maybe it's just a slight bias because I'm in the sports world, Rocky, more iconic than Saturday Night Fever.

And they wore jeans and tight t-shirts.

So it was like Studio 54 models.

And they were like, they were absolutely... perfect human specimens, like out of a Calvin Klein ad.

So everyone, they would stand outside like lions on the stairs and everyone that walked by would like gawk at them and stuff like that.

I left the office with tears in my eyes.

She called me and told me, I'm doing Studio 54.

She had already become a star in Paris.

She came back a superstar.

fan i mean like i was like i i saw every like cory kennedy photo cobra snake like i was like this is peak this is life but yeah i think in the same way some people look back on like their studio 54 era new york like i think it's that and then it's this it jumps into like those are the two really like monumental party eras i think we look back and we're like those were great and i don't know what's going on right now but i hope that there's something and like we could all celebrate that but that's definitely there was

a time for like eight years where every single night there was just an insane party you couldn't think of yeah you know like someone rolled up on me on the street at the farmer's market this week this chef will and he's like yo you remember i was with you at the bowery pizza joint when cameron performed like i do remember that party that was wild cam took our hostess home like

This

Because I always wanted to be 22 in 1978.

I wish I could have been in Studio 54, literally, but I wasn't.

But I was on the planet, at least.

But I mean, just being able to live vicariously through guys like The Weeknd, even if you're a fly on the wall, you know what I mean, of the... of something great.

I'm sorry, can we go to this, right?

Are we at the Comedy Store or Studio 54? No.

Pick

a club.

Yeah.

There's some Studio 54 there.

Is this

guy the Tony Twist of NASCAR? He was.

It's like, you know, it's before my bar going time.

But apparently it was Saskatoon's answer to Studio 54.

And I'm using- Very loosely.

It was a loose comparison.
