I've heard you say this before, I think muttering it to yourself actually, uh, something to the effect of to- "Tomorrow's success is a result of today's preparation."

So the more resistance you can remove, the greater probability you have of completing the thing that you want done.

I'll pre-mix my pre-workout, I'll pre-mix my intra-workout, and I'll pre-mix my post-workout.

I have folded my clothes for tomorrow's training session so I can put them on immediately upon waking, but then I've also already folded what clothes I'm gonna work in that day by the shower.

So I am getting up, my clothes are right there, all of my supplementation to perform optimally is right there.
