POST GAME: Playoff Bound!!!

Padres hot tubbers.

If there's a hot tub anywhere near you, if you've got a bathing suit, if you've got a bubbly tub, if you've got a dream, it's time to hop on in because the Padres are in the playoffs.

They've done it.

They took a series from LA.

This club, the hottest club in baseball, holds onto the four seed with three games to go, punches their ticket to the post-season, punks the Dodgers 4-2, and we are here to celebrate.

Craig, Chris, Rafy, all together, bi-coastal broadcast.

Let's get it on.

Holy shit, guys.

This is the series I've been dreaming of.

This is what I was hoping for.

The San Diego Padres, after giving us a palate-destroying 7-0 loss on Tuesday night that made me feel like, "Oh my God," uh, come back with back-to-back victories, and this evening clinched their playoff spot.

There was nothing easy about it, boys.

They had to go to LA and win two out of three.

They went to LA, they won two out of three.

Ah, biggest tip of the hat to Friar Goose, who asked us about a week ago what it would take for us to believe in the team.

What was said is that they would have to beat the Dodgers or have to at least do well against the Dodgers and be in every game against the Dodgers.

And they were that.

That is what they did.

They were in every single game.

They took advantage of the a- opportunities on the margins, like they did tonight.

Tyler Glasnow pitched a hell of a game against them, and they overcame that.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto w- was not awful last night.

They just dealt him gritty at bat after gritty at bat.

And here we sit, guys.

Here we sit.
