And I remember my father taking me aside at one stage and said that if you allow such anger to continue, it'll eat you up and give Hitler a posthumous victory.

And it was fortunately at a time when I was just starting my journey with Chassidus and the coincidence, which of course there isn't any, of being able to understand myself much better and being able to recognize the dynamics within, took me on the journey which I still continue today, which is to better understand the interface between mind and emotion.
