All along, he wanted to return.

Third of all, in that particular story, in that incident, this story happened in Kfar Chabad, and the Rebbe said the entire Kfar Chabad is owned by the Friedrich Rebbe.

So at all times, it didn't change ownership.

Despite all these reasons, the Rebbe said that since you bought up this Inyan, then before you move back in, you should have in this house a shiur, three days in a row there should be three shurim each that should be in shurim and in days and after that you should be able to move in so from here we see that if someone needs to move out of their home and um and someone else is taking over and they thought to move out for some time and then they're going to come back into their home they should speak to a rabbi about what is the correct way to do this in accordance with the rabbis Now, the last tzavah I left purposely for last, in other words, the tzavah I'm going to mention is not the last in the order, but I'm mentioning the last in order to segue into the next section of this year.
