Now, before we get to diabetes, I do want to ask you about we're exposed to so many toxins.

Do you do any type of detoxification, take any supplements like zeolite to help with detoxification?

I'm extremely regular, okay, not to get gross or anything, but Carvel Soft Serve is what I am every day, all day.

So that's basically a good way to tell if you're hydrated, if you're doing a good job about putting enough fiber in your body, things like that, you know, you can really regulate yourself just by looking at woodlands.

I'll go do a seven o'clock spin class, you know, and I'll stay on the bike till 9.30, you know, and then I'll, you know, go through, you know, over a thousand calories and I'll come home, shower, and I'll be able to go to sleep.
