But it doesn't mean that you're just going to bounce in there and hop in because you've lowered your ABV.

Well, I'll tell you right now.

If you're going through your olive oil quickly, I would say that you really don't have to worry at all.

If you're going through your oils very slowly, I prefer what I have is any of you people that drink scotch, you'll know what a bottle of Glenfiddich looks like.

Glenfiddich is a green triangular type tall bottle.

And I use that as my olive oil bottle in my kitchen with a little pour spout on it because I go through olive oil a lot.

Anyway, as I'm watching people, I'm thinking, these people think they know this woman.

They actually believe that they know Diana.

I got this, and believe it, this is actually one of the things you can get here in North Carolina, which is unheard of.

I try to, I wouldn't say educate people, that sounds really, really patronising, but it's a bit, we all make whisky the same way.

McAllen makes it pretty much the same way as Glenmurray does, as does Glenlivet does, as does Glenfiddich does, you know.

So we all start with the same raw materials and the same process.

I mean, I have to say for myself, in the last five years, I mean, I was probably one of the people who turned my nose up at Glenmurray a lot more.
