Well, kind of like I was talking about with her focus on her appearance and making sure that she appears exactly the way she wants to.

I think it's very funny that she kind of makes fun of or pokes at other characters for appearing in ways that she thinks are false, calling him like Mr.

Fruit Smoothie.

It's this really interesting contradiction where she focuses a lot on her appearance, but only to the extent that her appearance draws out something, the home, her identity that she feels that she is.

So before I buy anything where the price feels unreasonable, I ask myself, do I need this? Can I live with less of it? Or can I get the same thing for cheaper? And if the answer to that third one is yes, then that is what I'll do.

And the best example of this is probably Barry's Smoothies.

It is one of the first things that I cut out when I took my pay cut.

I was previously obsessed.

This is a spice that I just like.

I think it makes my smoothies taste so great.

It is rich in antioxidants, and I'll add it to smoothies that have ingredients like bananas, strawberries, nut butter, milk, and protein powder, and it really adds like a delicious flavor profile to it.

I will top chia pudding or nut butter toast with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Dill is another one I've really been loving lately, and I am lucky in that my parents grow dill in their garden.

Let yourself get creative because they are really such an easy addition to so many different meals and snacks.

Couple other micronutrient plant-based add-ins I've been loving lately, hemp seeds.

These have a nutty flavor profile, and I will sprinkle them onto nut butter toast, put them in smoothies, put them on salads, put them in yogurt.

They go, I got to recover.

Cinemax, Smoothie, Feed Up, BJ.

Right.

same thing happened to Smoothie.
