Marvel Movie Talk - "VisionQuest Eps. 5 & 6" /New Doomsday Posters / Remembering Sir Patrick Stewart

Amongst the things I want to talk about, there are some new posters for Avengers Doomsday, and our friend Daniel Drew sent us a bunch, but I came across this one.

This is an international poster where I like that they feel like they need to call it Avengers 5 because I don't know my...

I'm going to guess that's Korean, but I could be wrong.

It could also be Chinese, Japanese...

Vietnamese, not likely.

But whatever it is, they're just like, yeah, it's that word.

Part five.

So, and I mean, I like it.

It shows a lot of heroes that we will recognize.

So I like that, but you're not feeling

it.

Well, listen, this is also an international market.

When you're dealing with that, marketing definitely shifts,

but it feels a little

busy, lacking art, just a lot of sort of, a lot of plot, not as much story as Katie would say.

Exactly what I would say.

Katie does always say that.

And speaking of not much plot, our friend David Brody is here and great to see him as always.

So, Katie, what do you think of this poster? I think it's serviceable.

It's serviceable, for sure.

It feels like a very standard, you know, knockoff Drew Struzan lineup of, you know, we've got the V, so it's supposed to be like a menacing kind of look, but...

Yeah, I mean, I agree.

This is a lot of people in a poster.

And apart from Dr. Doom, I'm like, it's cool looking, but I

don't know much from this.
