The Scarlet Witch

I like to imagine that after Infinity War happened, there's a Vision's corpse that Tyler Hayward is dragging up to a jet.

Don't! Bother! And then dusting off Wanda's dust from him.

And then Hulk Todd is there going to like one of the shocked Dora Milaje.

And he goes, yes, Wakanda forever, Ibombe.

Vision signs the contract, and he takes the Mindspace elevator down into his subconscious, which takes him into the Horton family estate mansion.

and he experiences these surreal loops through these memories.

He encounters Ultron up in another version of the Attic Loft, where Ultron is laughing at watching Sparky die in Episode 5 of WandaVision, and he taunts Vision about his denial over Thomas and what happened in Westview.

And then Vision encounters his Hex Vision self in the Mindspace foyer, who rages at him for denying the truth of WandaVision.

the actual vision.

And I was just like, I was like, am I understanding this right? I was like, is he saying he's always been vision because the vision that Wanda resurrected trusted this body with his memories and emotions?

Well, okay.

Sorry.

She manifested them in the same way.

But once again, go back to something that I said before, it's like she's a mom with powers, right? So she creates life the same way that women create life, which is a miracle inside their body, like life growing, them being forever changed and connected, us having a different sort of relationship with mothers who are mothers and the way that we in society have to support mothers because of what it is that they do.

Like all of that stuff is being kind of litigated, but through like a... technology metaphysical realm so Wanda didn't want everybody to die so she used her power which is a power to give life and manifest reality to make them live Vision is so stuck in numbers and code that he can't accept that.

He can't accept that that is real.

once they revealed uh tall or once they revealed uh i can't remember jacosta and there was something else we're like okay the people who it could be of this secret buy or whatever that's starting to go very low like the the the suspects are running out and i remember episode one or two they made it like oh it's not ultron and we're like okay that's good that's good it's not ultron but then i was somewhere in the middle i think we were kind of like oh, it's just gonna be Ultron, isn't it? Like, that's the way, because I know people throwing all these people like, oh, what about the power broker? And I was like, nah, I just don't feel like she's big enough on that side.

We talked about Billy or Wanda.

It's like, well, that doesn't make sense.

We talked about Ralph Boner.

yeah so i i loved everything you point out there and i loved everything that happened i think paul betty was great in this episode and all that stuff of discovering oneself was uh uh it's great i'm always a sucker for that like a redemption tale and even though he's not like a villain just that idea of finding oneself even as a robot he literally breaks down he cries he accepts the death of his son and his wife and that tommy's a thing so uh yeah it was it was some great stuff there so

Yeah, I agree.

I think it was a nice touch when he kind of just, obviously he has to leave because it's his new programming in the contract, but he leaves that tablet and it's like all the WandaVision episodes.

And so, you know, Tommy can go through and watch it, which I feel like that's a little bit more than what Billy had because Billy didn't get that, did he?

He has the feelings and emotions because he was given them.

But the grief, the loss, the pain of losing Billy, Tommy, and Wanda was so much he just refused to accept it until he finally does in this episode.

And he finally receives the source code, which I think is really a play on the solar gem, what Phineas T. Horton originally invented.

The solar gem is what powered the creation of the synthetic humans.

You are Tommy Maximoff.

You are a son to Wanda Maximoff and Vision.

I don't necessarily know that that's me, but you're a son to a Vision and I'm a Vision.

So we're kind of getting this I'm your something sort of dynamic going.

Cause it's not the most engaging as far as like, I think now again, as far as like action pack is for me, one of the reasons why I love winter soldier so much or a Falcon winter soldier is that it has a lot of action in it.

And it's kind of more up my alley of that kind of thing.

and WandaVision I love it's not something I'm going to re-watch a ton personally I think Vision Quest kind of falls under that WandaVision thing but it's probably right there as like Vision or WandaVision I think Loki season 1 and 2 are definitely really well written not always the best executed I'd say but I'd say I love those series way more than I thought I did I think vision quest is right there.

You know, I, I think it will surpass Loki.

The Vision we're seeing here appears to be a representation of Ultron still preserved within Vision's programming.

And what is he doing? He's watching WandaVision.

Which is both hilarious and incredibly disturbing.

Imagine finding your greatest enemy sitting on your couch watching the most painful experiences of your life like he's catching up on a television show.

Because if Vision accepts that he's Tommy's father, he has to accept that Billy is also his son.

If he accepts that he has two sons, he has to acknowledge the family he shared with Wanda.

And if he accepts those memories truly belong to him, he has to confront something he's been avoiding ever since WandaVision.

He lost Wanda.

it okay jazz what is who is your current crush this week okay my current crush so as we've been talking about for ad nauseam halloween was recently so my current crush goes out to the guy at the bar that was dressed up at the scarlet witch Oh.

Because I don't know his name and that's part of why it's sad, the story.

But I was in my nightcrawler getup and then he came up to me and he was like hot.

And he had like – I couldn't tell he was Scarlet Witch because it was like a gay Halloween costume where he had like pants and like some chain mail like shirt or whatever.

Like cute and my type and everything.

But like I said before, I – when I'm dressed up in costume, I don't feel like a sexual being.

Cause I was like, oh, he's so hot.

You don't know if it's AI or not – is that there's a poster out there, and it's – We're so screwed.

But Doom has his witches, three witches, and two of them are Scarlet Witch and Agatha.

And so they're saying that there's a third one, but they haven't announced who.

The one rumor is Loki becomes one.
