It supposedly has an influence on the Supergirl film that will be dropping this weekend as time of recording.

This is written by Tom King, who I think does excellent work with these miniseries where he's able to kind of zone in on these characters.

Before we go off and talk about this very excellent, excellent book, I kind of wanted your guys' background in general with the Supergirl character.

Because I can tell you up front, I knew very little about this character other than like the headband and the t-shirt in the Justice League cartoon kind of stuff.

And I did follow that series where, you know, the best part of the Arrowverse is when it was able to stick to lore and kind of educate its fans as far as the characters were concerned.

uh from that but then when i started to try to read supergirl after that i wasn't sure if the synergy of the arrow verse had changed the character so i'm not quite i don't think i really ever got a handle on it and then i read this uh series and this is this the portrayal of her as a survivor um as somebody who has so much on their shoulders literally carrying the weight of her dead planet on her shoulders kind of gave me a little bit of more illumination to who that character could be.

Yeah, so I mean, I guess it starts with kind of like, I feel like a lot of people, the Timverse was where we were introduced to so many different characters when we were younger from all the stuff in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.
