But if not, you know, probably going to the malls, probably going to libraries, places like that.

I'll tell you, just yesterday, we were out in National City at the new Pepper Park Splash Pad, and we found some families early in the morning saying, you know, taking their children out and getting just some refreshing water out there.

And that was really nice to see just these public spaces that offer, you know, just moments of just to refresh yourself.

So people are just trying to really find free places to cool down.

A splash pad that's being built in Imperial Beach is still under construction.

So they're looking anywhere.

And this time they went to their neighboring national city park.

And Coronado beaches have been closed too, I believe, right?

It's a horrific action, terrible to U.S. prestige, so bad that we're mentioning it on a podcast 110 years later.

But hey, National City, later Citibank, did pretty well out of it.

And I think that's what we're seeing right now.

The Don Roe Doctrine, the stepped-up, And it's not just military pressure.

And so you're seeing exploration taking place in the elementaries.

And we've had some powerful examples like D'Angelo down in National City.

So we see examples of career education taking place from K-6, transitioning into 7-9, transitioning into 10-12.

10 News reporter Lauren Davis is live in National City, and Lauren, there are some clues about what led up to the shooting.

We just learned from police that the intruder released the lines from the dock and set the boat adrift while he attempted to start the engine.

Police have not yet identified the suspect or the victim in this incident.
