I said I couldn't do it I went out there and I did it and you still just gonna do me like this I looked up the zookeeper salary and I was like man I don't know if I can do that as a full-time job at least yeah Netflix was a special ordeal to say the least it was really cool just to have Netflix following you around but nonetheless at the time they were hurt they just lost their hometown linebacker I was really the leader of the recruiting class and I was bringing a lot of people on on board to Baylor and like man this is the place to be but I mean I jump ship man and you know you gotta call it for what it is I've been injured or still picking them or picking this guy and never played football before I'm like man like I can't catch a break you know what I'm saying but I feel like that was talking about Netflix now this isn't like
talking about in 2023 I was honestly upset that I wasn't starting already because I felt like I was already better than him but uh it took it took only six more practices for the coaches and everybody else in the room to realize that I was the better option and I think with
linebacker, it's kind of assumed that you're supposed
to be a little smart, but I think people underestimate my intelligence as a person because they just see the football side of it.
They don't know that I can go out there to the spelling bee and get a top five finish.
I walked out of there with no offer again, and I saw his helicopter fly off to outer space, wherever they went next.
