Because there's a lot of stuff lacking when it comes to fast food.

And yes, I'm even talking about Chick-fil-A.

And, you know, you see all these influencers.

This is another side conversation I had recently with a client about kind of like earning your right for fast food or something along those lines.

But that's a whole different conversation.

Could be an entirely different podcast, to be quite honest with you.

Um, but it's like, just because you can do something, you know, you, you have all these influencers who are showing you how to eat at places like Chick-fil-A and Chipotle and all these things.

And that's fine.

I just want an answer.

It's got the longest lines of the park, Smokey.

They'll spend half their day in a Chick-fil-A line.

She says she detests the shift towards app and kiosk ordering at locations in her area.

She now goes more regularly to Arby's and Chick-fil-A.

"'It breaks my heart,' she says, who misses McDonald's.

"'We just won't go back.'" McDonald's and other fast food chains aren't ripping out their kiosks and suspending mobile ordering.

Some diners bristled at having to order from kiosks, saying that many fast food counters no longer had people readily staffing them.

In some cases, customers' only interaction with restaurant workers might be taking their food after it is placed on the counter.

Surveys from market research firm Technomic have found that consumers give Chick-fil-A top marks for service, with the Southern Chain staffing its drive-thrus with tablet-toting workers to help guide customers while they are waiting.

So even in the drive-thru, they're having people... you know, take your order and ensure you go throughout the way.
