You just got back from the Pizza World Championships in Vegas, right? And Hamilton Business won? Yeah.

So I just showed up and you know, I knew a bunch of the chefs who are around and play people who own some of the restaurants in Ontario or whatever and hung out with them a lot.
Um, a lot of Canadians, um, going up against everyone else in the U S and Italy and everywhere.
And, boa bakery won best cheese slice uh which is crazy and then also uh his name is merco as a restaurant called number 900 in there's a few locations mainly in montreal he won two different categories plus best pizza maker in the world after because all the top guys uh or top winners of each category then compete in the final for best pizza maker as well

guy was so like canadian pizza makers are the best in the world right now so that's it says something and it's amazing to be a part of this just sort of on a different not the chef part of it but like the consumer the one who's like uh sort of a pc enthusiast i guess i don't know
