Scott, a couple of things I wanted to run by before we get into the episode properly.

Two things that I've been watching recently, one that I'm really enjoying and one that is a little bit weirder, but I want to unpack with you.

The first is a show that we've mentioned before on this podcast that you and I watched together.

We've got Jerry Hall, the model and actress, formerly married to Rupert Murdoch.
Lycett and Acaster, as well as being very good comedians, two of the most chaotic people to put on television, who I'm just imagining are making all the producers tear their hair out with their approach to the game.

I don't want to give spoilers away because we're kind of just three or four weeks in, I think at this stage, but there's one thing that happened in the first episode that I was crying, laughing at, and I was thinking about you because I was going back to those days where we watched this show together when we lived together.

And this has kind of been clipped up and it's gone viral and I don't want to say what happens as a result of it, but basically there's a moment very early on in the first episode where Richard E.

Grant, after being appointed a traitor, something that he says he's very clearly wanted ever since he first watched the show, completely drops the ball.

And I think the producers had to react and they basically knew he was fucked at that point, but they sort of stretch out the consequences over two episodes.
