Masjid Al Falaah - 18th October 2026 - 'The Great Fajr Campaign' with Mufti Adam

Alhamdulillah, this is Allah's great honour, His favour, His mercy, His kindness, His tawfiq, just as we heard last night.

from our respected ustaz and teacher, Shaykhul Hadith, Hazrat Maulana Bilal Sahib.

He mentioned at the beginning and then throughout, he alluded to this, that we don't come to such gatherings ourselves.

It's not me, it's not us.

We are here because of the favour of Allah .

Allah brings us, thus we come.

And you probably experienced it many times.

You want to be somewhere.

You want to go somewhere.

You want to be part of an Islamic gathering.

But for some reason or the other, you're unable to go.

You had the full intention.

You had the strength.

You had even mapped it out in your diary as well.

You made all of the arrangements.

But still, for some reason or the other, you couldn't be there.

and this might start becoming to sound like a ritualistic thing you say at the beginning of a gathering but it's a reality and we have to keep reminding ourselves maybe sometimes switch the way around the way we say it so that it doesn't become something that we hear anything oh it's just one of those lines you say at the beginning of a talk No, it's actually a reality.

We have to become convinced on the fact that I have not come here on my own accord.

I didn't do my fajr because of me or because of my effort or because of who I am.

So similarly, us being here present at the masjid for this great concern in the great fajr campaign regarding the great masjid of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, al-masjid al-aqsa, This is not my doing.

This is not my excellence.

This is not because of my efforts.

You'll be surprised how many people on a weekly basis make an intention to be here.

You'll be actually surprised.

There are many people that some of us end up meeting, those who come regularly.
