Which is beneficial, which is not beneficial.

We have, we are not comparing anyone to Nabi , but we have the Rasool , you have the Kalam of Allah .

And the Rasool comes and tells you, this dunya, don't get fooled by this.

The whole district is the same.

Akhirat is the real thing.

May Allah accept these efforts of yours.

And I pray to the Almighty Allah that Allah accepts these efforts of mine in trying to deliver the message of Allah and His Rasool as it was delivered on our beloved Nabi Muhammad in its true and pure form over 1400 years ago.

My young friends, let me take you back to July 1999 july 1999 and the false french prophet of the 16th century was on the lips of everybody muslim non-muslim alike in every corner of the globe they were talking about the false french prophet of the 16th century He made it big time.

They were talking about him in the news.

Isn't that the case? When you make masa, what do you make masa on? Your leather socks? Do you do it at the bottom of your feet or the top of your feet? On the top, on the top of the sock.

Yet, Aql says, you walk, it's the bottom of your foot that the sole touches the ground, so you should make Masaa at the bottom of your feet.

But you make it on top, why? Because this was the teachings of Allah and His Rasool .

We don't go by Aql, we go by Naql.

And she said, what should I do? She said, go directly to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.

And she went to Nabi Karim Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and said, Ya Rasulullah, show mercy upon me.

And Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, why should I show? She said, because my father was Hatim Tai.

He was known for his generosity.

And many a times we do so.

We come close to fires, people, we show respect.

And Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, why are you doing this? They said, Ya Rasulullah, we love you, that's why we are doing this.

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, if you want to love Allah and His Rasul and you want Allah and His Rasul to love you, then Nabi Karim Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam went to go and make mention of certain qualities.

Yeah, let's be clear.

R-A-S-O-O-L, or sometimes R-A-S-U-L, means prophet, messenger.

And it's in Arabic.

And so I have had many an opportunity where people who are familiar with Arabic, maybe even who come from a Muslim background say, like I'll get in an Uber and they'll be like, your name is Rasool, do you know what your name means? And I'll go, yes, I actually do.

It's amazing.

I mean, when you're talking about Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, you are in different world.

You go from the material world to ruhani world.

Let me see.

Between body and ruh.

And if you let your body your desire what's gonna happen your desire will pull you down just like a chain huh from every every angle and this chain it will pull you down you cannot go up but if you go And talk about Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

If you make salat and salam on the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

If you go to the majlis.

That which occurred in his time.

The imam came to the messenger of Allah a.s. And he said, Ya Rasulullah, which is the worst of places in the world? Which is the worst of all of the places in the dunya? So the Prophet s.a.w.

responded to him and he said, I do not know.

But I will ask Jibreel when he comes to me next.

Tuba is a tree in paradise.

Glad tidings of paradise for the Ghuraba, for the strangers.

Who are the strangers, ya ikhwan? The Prophet was asked, Ya Rasulullah, wa maal Ghuraba? Who are the Ghuraba? Who are the strangers? They are the ones that rectify, depending on how you pronounce it.

They are the ones who rectify themselves and they rectify the others when the people become corrupted.

And another name of the surah is Surah Al-Tawdee' التوديع from وَدَّعَ يُوَدِّعُ توديع means to say farewell, to bid farewell.

As in this surah, there is an indication of bidding farewell to Rasulullah ﷺ or Rasulullah ﷺ will be bidding farewell to the people.

So when it comes to incidents related to a revelation, if it is the cause of the revelation, it's called سَبَبُ النُّزُولِ And as covered before in different contexts, that there are sometimes detailed stories in the hadith pertaining to a surah, but it is not the sabab al-nuzool of the surah.

It is just a story in which the surah appears.

So this is referring to, when was this ayah revealed? We're talking about سَبُّبُ النَّزُول.

This is regarding the Fatah Makkah.

When the conquest of Makkah happened, then this is a prophecy regarding that and this is giving the instruction to Rasulullah ﷺ how to respond.

So this is the time period.

And also a bit about Jabir ibn Abdullah radiallahu anhuma himself.

He was one of the most prolific narrators of hadith, narrating a total of 1,540 hadith from Rasulullah ﷺ.

Many of them detailed and quite long as well.

He was one of the youngest Sahaba radiallahu anhum.

And as we've learnt from the likes of Abdullah ibn Abbas, Anas ibn Malik, Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, Abdullah ibn Umar radiallahu anhum ajma'in.

All of these were prolific narrators of hadith and ulema and fuqaha amongst the Sahaba radiallahu anhum.

But they gained their ilm through the attention, affection, dua and company of Rasulullah ﷺ and their khidmah of him.

And this was true for Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari radiallahu anhuma too.

So now what happens is that Allah chooses to manifest his perfection.

through his favoured Anbiya prophets and the Rasul in different ways.

He will choose to manifest the perfection of Hidayah of guidance through good news and reforming people, giving them guidance.

But he can also choose to manifest the perfection of misguidance through the same .

So the Prophet becomes the person who carries the of both.

Yeah, the tajalli of punishment and the tajalli of reward.

That's who the Rasul and the Nabi is, which is what Allah is showing the Prophet and these people who inherited these idols.

So when the Nuh's flood came, these idols were also drowned in somewhere.
