Shahada

You land that bird.

So again, as people of لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله no matter what the weather, bring your own sunshine.

Now, SubhanAllah, being on duty is important.

And I was speaking to SubhanAllah, Mufti Muhammad, Mufti Sameer, and I was saying, you know, is my brother who flies the Delta airline flight, is he gonna be here? Because I just love him for the sake of Allah.

Compromise on anything.

Actually, you know what? Compromise on everything except for one thing.

Never ever, never ever compromise on لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله.

Never.

Prophet Muhammad said, "I bear witness that there is no God but God and that I am the messenger of Allah.

No servant meets God holding firmly to these words without doubting them, except that he enters paradise." The Shahada testimony is the foundation upon which salvation rests.

While the companions were discussing this ayah, Abu Dhar al-Ghifari heard Prophet Muhammad say, "No servant says there is no God but Allah and dies upon that belief, except that he will enter paradise." Abu Dhar asked, "Even if he committed adultery and stole?" The prophet replied, "Even if he committed adultery and stole." Abu Dhar repeated, "Even if he committed adultery and stole?" Again, he, peace be upon him, said, "Even if he committed adultery and stole." He repeated it a third time, and on the fourth, the prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Yes," despite the objections of Abu Dhar.

Abu Dhar cared deeply about guarding Allah's boundaries and commands.

God says, "If there had been in the heavens or Earth any gods but Him, both heavens and Earth would be in ruins.

God, Lord of the Throne, is far above the things they say." Chapter 21, verse 22.

Remember that the Shahada testimony of faith is not meant to remain hidden within your heart, but to be displayed publicly.

That is why Allah commands Muslims to gather every Friday for Jumu'ah prayer.

He's basically unwise

... until he takes his Shahada.

So FYI, he's there for three weeks.

I, I make jokes every time he does Ramadan or whatever.

I'm like, "Bro, that doesn't count.

Take your Shahada."

No, but it's good because you shouldn't push it.

So why are they partners with Allah Azzajal if everybody is under his power, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala? And what you get from establishing this Tawheed, And you will understand here the importance of that Tawheed.

Tawheed is not something you say, La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulullah and you say, I have it, that's it, I'm done.

Except if you believe that Iman is something like that.

I just say, La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulullah, I have Iman, that's it, I don't need to do anything else about it.

No Iman fluctuates, doesn't it? And your Tawheed is the same way because your Tawheed is your Iman.

The closer you are to Allah Azza wa Jal, the stronger your Tawheed is.

You want to fight all of this, work on your tawheed.

on your belief in Allah Azzawajal, in your commitment to Him Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

So Allah's greatness is demonstrated in him being the higher, the highest of all.

So he is great because he's high and he's high because he's great, subhanahu wa ta'ala, right? And also Allah Azzawajal, that's in the sunnah, لا إله إلا الله as we mentioned in the hadith لا إله إلا الله العظيم الحليم combination of العظيم الحليم what does that tell us when you say Allah is this and that at the same time العظيم الحليم what does that tell you? why did Allah عز و جل include those two in that hadith? first of all is because Allah's greatness which indicates power is not out of I'm sorry, his forgiveness, his forgiveness when he forgives, when he delays people and does not punish it.

It's not coming out of weakness, but it's coming out of power.

So why is he ? It's part of his , part of his greatness that he's , not out of weakness.

So the first thing you need to do is unshackle yourself.

How are you going to do this? By La ilaha illallah.

The reason why you cannot move towards qiyam, towards siyam, towards stopping what you want to stop, towards doing what you would like to do, a behavior that you want to get rid of.

The reason why you can't is because you're shackled, you're tied.

But what is the problem now? Because the Prophet says that it renews your faith.

You have to renew your faith all the time.

La ilaha illallah, la ilaha illallah, la ilaha illallah.

But when you're seeing it, you're not seeing it, you're living it.
