Interview with the Podcast Vampire
May 25, 2025 · 1 hr 31 min · 13 segments
This week the hosts (and friends) talk about Tom's 43rd film, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. This might be the first joint collab episode in audio history and it's between PODCAST VAMPIRE…
Next month is Mount Goatmore.
We'll talk more about Mount Goatmore after we get into Final Reckoning, the big movie this week at the bottom of the hour.
Did you watch anything this past week that you wanted to bring up on the show? Anything jump out?
Yeah, I watched two movies that I'd like to talk about if we have time.
I finally got around to...
Catherine Bigelow.
Okay.
Catherine Bigelow, 1995, Strange Days.
Any of you seen this movie?
I have.
I have not.
Yeah.
I've seen it in the 90s.
I saw that bad boy.
Wow.
Way over the 90s.
This is a really fascinating movie.
I got to say, it came out in 95.
1999.
So we're breaking into the new millennium.
And Ralph Fiennes plays this character who's got, there's like this tech where you can experience someone else's experience by putting on like this headset.
And it's like, you are the person, whatever their memory was.
Really cool idea.
