Okay, so, yes.

And they co-starred in Far and Away and Eyes Wide Shut.

And Tom Cruise filed for divorce in February 2001, and this was two days after announcing the separation and citing irreconcilable differences, and two months after they renewed their vows on their 10th anniversary.

And the 10-year thing is interesting because California treats 10 years as a threshold for extended spousal support obligations.

I'm going to call it an epic because this is a sweeping movie.

epic that they did two years after Days of Thunder called Far and Away.

And at this point, Nicole Kidman is Nicole Kidman.

Everything they were in, you wanted to see.

They were in a series of movies together, Far and Away, one of the greatest movies ever.

But then they did Days of Thunder, and I was like, eh.

The best part of that movie was her hair.

I wonder how it would stand up.

And far and away was his film just before this, which is interesting.

And his next film would be Apollo 13.

Now for me, when it comes to Ron Howard, I was thinking, is this the best Ron Howard film? I think you'd have to say Apollo 13 is the best Ron Howard film overall.

who I believe was a magazine or newspaperman himself.

And that's kind of where the genesis of this came from.

And if I'm recalling correctly, there was some kind of story where Ron Howard, after Far and Away, was looking for his next project and wanted to do something in the world of a tabloid newspaper.

And I think he was taking a meeting with David Koepp about something else.

And so my guess is I want to say I might have seen this at the same time that we saw that.

I want to say I saw that at the same time I saw Far and Away for the first time.

Yeah, I feel like this is one of those where we might have gone and like rented two or three like Tom Cruise movies all at the same time and just kind of watched them back to back.

But not a movie theater one for me, so it would have been when it came out on VHS.
