It was trending in that direction.
Now it's just kind of completely off by the wayside.
Feel like they'll keep him, but Saquon Barkley could be on the move I'd imagine with the trade deadline coming up and Tanner McKee on the helm.
But how are you feeling about the Eagles, and do you have any optimism whatsoever in their new starting quarterback in Tanner McKee? Optimism's a, probably a strong word, but, uh, I think it's all doom and gloom with him.
I mean, I think the misconception was that Jalen Hurts was this, you know, was this great quarterback, which he really has never been in terms of passing the ball.
He's been great for fantasy, don't get me wrong, 'cause of, 'cause of what happens on the ground.
What did happen for the last two or three years.
But he's never been a prolific passer to support multiple, um, assets, and obviously he's, he's only ever hurt Saquon more than helped him with that, you know, e- extra, extra, uh, presence at the goal line.
So if Saquon comes back, doesn't get traded, I think he's gonna be as good or better than he was.
I still don't think that's good.
I think the, the O line pretty much was the death sentence.
I think I said it maybe three or four weeks ago that, um, I don't think Saquon's ever gonna get back to what people thought he was in this team.
Um, but we c- we saw it.
They're gonna have to throw a lot.
So Tanner McKee was on, like, 110 yards in, late in the third quarter, ended up with 215.
