But- Sure, that doesn't mean that every player has to be like that.

And I think Trevor Lawrence, we saw the best version of him last year.

guess i think that there is a a clear top two and then a clear second tier and the clear top two are lamar jackson and josh allen and then that next group and probably the guys who after week one you're thinking about as the potential league winners would be brock purdy and caleb williams then after that you have the two players who had some wobbles in week one but still have that profile that really works And for Jalen Hurts, I thought there were good things and bad things.

I thought that Wicks... doing the things that you mentioned, and even though the absurdity of the negative air yards or what have you, certainly the negative actual yards for Makai Lemon, but to have him out there, Jalen Hurts actually looking to be in a situation where he maybe will actually add some yards in addition to the potential touchdowns.

So I think you have Hurts and Daniels then in another small tier.

And then after that, you basically have... trevor lawrence even with the good game but lawrence burrow herbert mahomes i think baker mayfield i mean he had the weirdness where he does the fumbles right but otherwise he's about to

So what were your takeaways from the debut of the Sean Mannion offense there in Philly against the Commanders?

I thought Jalen Hurts was...

In control the whole time.

I thought he looked really good.

Wando Robinson has a lot of floor, but, but, that's still not a great pass catching room, right? And I was high on Tony Pollard as a potential value in redraft, but that's not a special game-changing running back either.

And with all those things combined, a player like Cam Ward, or not like Cam Ward, but a player in Cam Ward's situation who was more like Caleb Williams, was more like Jayden Daniels, was more like Jalen Hurts, I think would have a potential to be really fantasy valuable in this situation.

But...

Cam Ward, even in this game, sometimes you rush a little bit less when you have success.

And this was brought up in a separate group chat, and I kind of agree that With Joe Burrow's injury history, I would use QB sneak so sparingly, and I would also be the person going back a couple years who I'd be like, why aren't we sneaking this ball and doing the Eagle strategy? It's third and two, just sneak it twice, get a first down, it was very efficient for them.

Having said that, two different kind of builds between Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow, and the offensive line, the Eagles have time, what the Bengals have, like...

Try and get the yard when you have to and when you think you must do a QB sneak.
