Zay Flowers

I know a lot of you guys already know, but we'll kinda just give our thoughts on, on what the, you know, how that reverbed through their, their rooms here.

We'll start off with Zay Flowers.

But hopefully Mark Andrews is a, is a tight end one the next few weeks without Zay Flowers in the building.

Yeah, I would skeptically look at, at potentially Tez Walker as being the guy who maybe steps up here, but I, I wouldn't be super excited to start any receiver, uh, really in that room unless you absolutely were in shambles already.

Well, Lou Andarumo has had success against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, and the Colts defense was so disorganized.

You know, they weren't lined up for the first play, and Zay Flowers catches a 49-yarder.

They had safety combine them as the green dot.

That is not going to happen again.

I like the Saints.

They might not be together this week as Zay is battling a hamstring injury.

If you're playing sports and you realize that LeBron James has an off night, Kobe Bryant has had an off night, Steph Curry has an off night, so it's just part of it, but they all still goats, you know what I'm saying? So it's just part of playing sports, being a professional, and just looking forward to the next opportunity.

What do you guys say to Zay Flowers as he kind of deals with this hamstring injury that also, you know, sidelined him for a chunk of camp?

I mean, we all got his back, you know what I'm saying? It's a small thing.

Zay can handle it.

I'm at least gonna be able to go through like the big points, the big things that we're gonna be watching throughout the week over on our socials on Locked on Saints Hit for all of your day-to-day injury updates.

Zay Flowers was a DNP in this practice and that is massive.

Everyone's gonna be watching to see if he plays in this game.

He is by far the Ravens' best wide receiver.

He is Lamar Jackson's probably best weapon, at least through the air right now with Mark Andrews being later in his career.

He's probably gonna be the best weapon now.

But Zay Flowers not being in this game gives the Saints cornerbacks a massive advantage over the Baltimore Ravens wide receivers.

I think that they still could have the advantage with Zay Flowers in without massive.

He balled out.

Baltimore wide receiver Zay Flowers left Baltimore's win Sunday with a hamstring issue not considered too terribly serious.

He is a day-to-day player also.

Also, Baltimore's wide receiver rookie Jacoby Lane is out for a month on the IR with a wrist injury.

I mean, first play of the game, they weren't lined up.

Zay Flowers hits them with the 50-yard gain.

Flowers had over 100 yards receiving on plays where the Colts weren't lined up right on defense.

Saints or nothing? I really don't know.

Ravens are going to be maybe without Zay Flowers, without Jalen Lane, without the receivers.
