That's really part of it because as typical triathletes, we don't know how to go over bumpy things.

Even Team USA made it sound like Crosstri is the hardest thing and super scary and you have to be an expert.

And what I want to do is make it more accessible, especially for women, because women heard that message from USAT and they didn't race.

There was also a lot of travel and then traveling with a mountain bike and there's a lot of stuff going on, but if you have like it's not so much like i think iron triathlon in general there's skills right in like how do you swim how do you bike how do you run how do you eat how do you recover but then for road try it's pretty quick to get proficient on those skills and then it becomes more fitness and then getting faster as the progression but like i have been mountain biking for 10 years now I still have things to learn.

I'm taking an advanced clinic where I'm going to be doing chunky stuff and texts and drops.

And I think that's what's really fun and exciting about dirt is there's unlimited opportunities with what you want to do.
