XTERRA Triathlon

I do not do Ironman branded races.

I am specifically focused, intently focused, yes, anymore, on XTERRA, which is off-road triathlon and off-road adventure.

Yes.

So I even changed my Instagram handle, Kate, today to The Gnarly Coach.

Yeah.

Well, why don't you tell our listeners what the

XTERRA triathlons are? So I want you to imagine, right, if you take on-road, it's typically a swim in a lake or an ocean or something, a river.

That's still the same in Xterra, but the main differences with road versus off-road is instead of on a road bike, you're on a mountain bike and you're hitting those crazy trails, lots of tech, lots of flow.

awesome.

So I've actually been thinking about something, and I'm going to ask Ashley, because I've thought about getting the Xterra logo for years if I ever did an Xterra race.

Are you down for that?

Yeah, I would totally do it.
