It's probably the most comprehensive story so far of the former Glamour model and media personality.

It's got extensive interviews with Price herself, loads of people in her life, family members, ex-boyfriends, people she's worked with, even, which I thought was pretty grim, one of these surgeons who did her first few boob jobs, as I would have called them back in the 90s.

Lauren, have you seen any of this? And is this something you'd be interested in watching anyway? Or did you watch it if you did watch it because of the pod?
No, I've seen the first episode and it actually is something I'd be interested in regardless, I think, because I find her such a fascinating character.
You can't help kind of liken the fact that she's like self-made and she has a lot of good qualities.
I think going on the first episode at least it's actually good it's like it seems like it's a well-rounded piece on her unlike some previous documentaries that have just been complete like either puff pieces or completely like hammered her so I don't think it panders to her in any way in the first episode does that give you a better understanding of her as a person maybe I don't know

And even though I think the director in this has a real like empathy and sympathy for her, he doesn't... stop himself from asking her some pretty harsh questions you know um did you think that because louis theroux is involved in this well the production company mindhouse involved in this that like this might give it that sense of credibility that we've been looking for in documentaries that we're not always getting these days
absolutely it's kind of a seal of quality I suppose when he's involved in something isn't it and you hope that the story will be told in quite a balanced way so yeah I enjoyed the first episode as I said which goes into her childhood and how she became Jordan I suppose the persona that we're all introduced to in the 90s and the boob jobs and everything and I found the first episode like really gripping actually and I I think it's like 50 something minutes long.
I was kind of expecting, how are they going to drag four hours, four parts out of this? But I was actually really ready to watch the second one by the time it ended.
So does it maintain that consistency, that watchability over the other three episodes?

I was sent four of the screeners, but the link for the last one expired for some reason, even though it was sent the other day.

And I think they did a really good job of covering a huge amount of time and a huge amount of her career.
