Nirvana: The Band, The Show, The Movie, which came out on Hulu earlier this summer.
Mike DHOST
39:03
It was actually in theaters for like one to two weeks, and I wanted to go see it in theaters because the Bell Court kept playing the trailer for it when we went to go see other movies earlier this year.
Mike DHOST
39:12
And I thought, "I gotta go see that movie." But it was just in and, and out of theaters.
Mike DHOST
40:11
Kinda like the first time I had a beer, I thought, "Man, I, I don't get it.

I don't get the hype.
Mike DHOST
40:15
Why do people love drinking this stuff?" Drank a more, and I'm like, "Oh yeah, I think I love beer." That is kinda how I feel about Nirvana: The Band, The Show, The Movie, which you can watch on Hulu on my number three spot on best streaming movies of the summer.
Mike DHOST
40:31
At number two, Voicemails for Isabelle on Netflix, which I gave a four out of five.

How do you guys want to rank? tony against matt johnson's other films we've previously ranked them the reigning big cheese top honors nirvana the band the show the movie followed by blackberry the dirties and operation avalanche where do you guys want to place tony amongst that is it going to dethrone nirvana the band for you guys definitely
JohnnyPANELIST
32:48
yeah it's not the big cheese for me it's a tasty little treat but it's no big cheese i just love it it just it's not that it's a lesser film it really depends on what kind of style do you like and as we like establish this is a very different style than what we're used to from matt johnson it doesn't make it worse i could see it being some maybe some people watch the other movies and they're like yeah it's a little bit too crazy for me a little bit not serious enough for me

Are you a good guy or a bad guy?
Jeff BraunHOST
20:44
Tony is directed by Canada's Matt Johnson, one half of Nirvana the Band, who of course brought us Nirvana the Band, the show, the movie earlier this year, which was fantastic, hilarious, and oddly touching.
Jeff BraunHOST
20:54
I gave that four and a half couch cushions out of five.
Jeff BraunHOST
20:57
Should have probably just gone the full sectional five.
Nick CassidyGUEST
14:50

Nick CassidyGUEST
14:54
And the way they shoot is very similar to the way we shoot, which we discovered them after we made these movies, which is kind of cool.
Nick CassidyGUEST
14:59
But we're like, they improvise, they outline, they improvise.
EricHOST
