You know, you have your conference, um, what is it, meetings? If I wanna call them those, conference meetings.
Get these coaches up on a, a stand and a, and in front of a podium, and they get asked all these questions.
You know, "Who's your starting quarterback?" Uh, uh, "How much money did you spend on your team this year? How much do you hate Texas Tech? Um, why do you think your team's gonna win the conference? Why do you think that team sucks?" All these crazy things that go on during these, you know, uh, conference, uh, meetings.
Like I said, uh, it, it's funny to watch just because each one of these coaches bring, you know, a handful of their players to, to walk around and, and pretty much showcase their brand, you know, which is their, their university, which I understand.
Uh, brings a lot of light to, to the sport for sure, but it also gets people excited, you know, people like me.
You know, at the end of August, at the start of, you know, September, it, it, it's college football time, man.
So, uh, we're getting closer and closer, but it still feels like a long ways away as well.
You know, with the World Cup ending, baseball's just a little too boring for me to watch, you know, 80, 90, 162 games.
I watch a little bit here and there, don't get me wrong, but it just doesn't scratch the itch like football does.
And, and like I said, with the, uh, conference, uh, meetings and stuff, it's fun to, to watch these, these coaches, uh, say why, you know, they're better than this team, and, uh, talk, y- you know, bash some other teams.
