Purdue Boilermakers football

They're going to be expecting a sellout crowd, and they're going to be pumped up for Miami.

I watched them last week against Barry Odom's Purdue team, and I know Barry Odom's offense pretty well, and Purdue did pretty much what they wanted to do.

They couldn't stop Wake, and that was the game.

To answer your question, Really, when you go talent for talent, it's a mismatch in a lot of places.

And then when I get home from postgame and we're done with all the other football, we're not quite done with Big Ten football yet because we have Big Ten After Dark.

The Purdue Boilermakers are out at UCLA at 11 o'clock Eastern time.

Again, really hard road trip.

Purdue is coming off of their, I guess you could call it a heartbreaking home loss to Wake Forest.

Rice in South Bend, Michigan State in Notre Dame, Purdue.

Also, Friday night should be another blowout win for Miami.

Wake Forest was able to get a win against Purdue last week.

So two 2-0 teams, but again, should be a route for the Hurricanes.

Rolling into Saturday, the first game of the day, which actually, have you seen the name of this or what they've nicknamed it?

They should handle that.

Nothing really of note later in the evening, either.

Purdue-UCLA is kind of like the best...

Actually, San Diego State, James Madison, should be a pretty good game.

Right now, Ohio State with about a 59.5% favorite to win percentage on FPI.

Indiana up to about a 75% win probability at Michigan, close to 100% against Minnesota, 81% against USC, 87% against Washington, who has really struggled so far this year, and then against Purdue at 97%.

So obviously those numbers don't mean a ton in terms of you still got to go out and play the games, but it's something we'll be tracking throughout the course of the season here on Crimson Cast as we – Trying to track these things and see where they go from week to week and see how the statistical performances of Indiana stack up against their opposition, that's really what those numbers are all about.

And it's really just about probabilities based upon what normally contributes to victories.

You have to produce at least some winning tendencies, and you have to be able to find success without that revenue.

Otherwise, it's going to be really hard for Tommy McClellan to sell Purdue football.

Yeah, I agree with that in that respect from, you know, Odom's position as well.

But you start to look at some of the major spenders here, and you start to compare it to what we've seen thus far in college football.

Texas is the number one team in the country.
