Fantasy Football Week 3 PANIC: QB Injuries, Waiver Wire & Buy-Low Targets

**Fantasy Football Week 3 is here, and injuries are already creating roster chaos.** On this episode of **Fantasy Football Island**, **Jeff “Tito” Thitoff and Chad Rink** break down the biggest fantasy storylines after two weeks and help you figure out what to do next. The quarterback position takes center stage after injuries to several fantasy starters. Tito and Rink discuss what those injuries mean in standard leagues, 12-team formats and especially **two-quarterback leagues**, where replacement options can disappear quickly.  Then the guys tackle some of fantasy football’s biggest early-season questions: 🏈 **Patrick Mahomes** exceeding expectations 😬 **Justin Herbert** disappointing fantasy managers 🔥 **Josh Allen** making owners regret waiting on quarterbacks 📈 **Bryce Young** emerging as a possible waiver-wire or trade target 🏃 Running backs including Derrick Henry, Kenneth Walker, Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs 🎯 Wide receiver surprises, disappointments and buy-low opportunities 🩹 Zay Flowers injury implications 💰 Waiver-wire strategy: spend FAAB now or wait? 🤔 When should you give up on a struggling draft pick? One major theme: **don’t overreact after two weeks**. Rink argues that fantasy managers should be careful about burning a premium waiver position or big FAAB allocation unless there’s an obvious difference-maker available.  The guys also discuss **Bryce Young as a viable pickup** for fantasy managers dealing with quarterback injuries, especially after his strong early production and improved outlook.  Plus: Thursday night lineup decisions, Drake London, the Packers backfield, Josh Jacobs, tight-end options and plenty more. **Fantasy Football Island with Tito & Rink** — fantasy advice without pretending anyone actually knows what’s going to happen.
