never planned on being an adult author, and I never thought I'd be a children's book author either.

But my oldest daughter had a son 12 years ago that died about an hour after birth, and she knew for months that he was not going to survive.

And I couldn't find any good Catholic book that would explain to a four-year-old what happened to their brother.

And so my daughter asked me if I would write that book, and that's what I did.

That's where the book sort of ends, is that your brother, because he was baptized at birth, and he died an hour later, we know he went straight to heaven.
