KHC 210 ExaltXP – Environmental Wellness System

Well,

back story is it's essentially a controlled stress environment where we manipulate the atmosphere to low oxygen.

So we can go to elevations up to 20,000 feet from sea level.

We train just now at 15,000 feet.

So that's a stressful situation for the body.

But what we want to do is all about human adaptation.

So put you through some hard stuff.

Yeah.

Because when you go through hard stuff, that's where the growth comes from.

Right.

But not so hard it kills you.

Right.

Right.

Yeah, by mine.

But also we've got the heat element.

We can go to 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

Again, just environmental stress, controlling that in a manner.

We get through it.

And so we do movement in there.

We've got the training aspect in there.

We've also got red light therapy panels that we've got in certain models we have.

Where the idea came from was, was we just wanted to create an environment where people can connect with themselves through their breathing and ultimately learn the art of self-regulation.

So what better way to regulate in a controlled stress environment where you're forced to connect to your breath?

Yeah.

There's a lot of research that Leo will talk about that's connected to the benefit of learning that art of self-regulation for people to achieve, you know, their capacity in life.
