Felt like things were kind of ticking in on, in the right direction you know the preseason game was pretty good for starters and then somewhere between that Lions game like the second quarter of that lions game.[laughs] Or th- or that series in the Lions game to the end of camp it just lo- felt like it went off the rails a little bit ah with whether it be injuries or performance issues obviously the first team offense got pushed around by the Lions in those three plays and then of course uh the with the Ravens practice as well.
Ah You think this is a big deal the way it ended ?Or is more about who was actually available for this for this team?.
well you know its funny like the clear the high for this summer was when they signed Diggs Right Cause that was took away a big concern He’s a big name All That literally If you stock charted it with him at The top Its like buying A tech Stock in the 90s and it has gone straight downhill since i mean Tunzel Got hurt I Think in the next Practice and it Just Been a Mess so I Think in General m-my Sort Of sober view Is yeah i Mean no Kasen No Oway No Payne Croskey merit wasnt Out There the last Little Bit Alec Ready Missed Pretty Much all Of Camp a guy youre Expecting To Be The starting center and So On so I Do Think That all matters and Certainly in the last Two or the ravens Preseason Game nobody Was Out There the ravens During Practice Was a Mess but They Were also Missing a Lot of These Guys that Said I Think the One Thing im a little Worried About or atleast Wondering is and anthony might Have Better Feel for This is like I Get it that its the backups in right but theyre still the same people Who've Been in Your Building for Months and They Have a Lot on The line for Their Careers and yet it didnt Seem Like They Had a Lot I mean, Dan Quinn said just like a lot of energy.
They looked, I don't wanna say ill-prepared, but they kinda looked ill-prepared, and that to me, I wonder is there something else going on over here, uh, you know, more broadly with what's, what's happening inside the building that, that leads to, to this? A- again, the players themselves or most of the guys were not, will not be here this season, but it's still the same groups.
But in general, no, I'm not that worried about how the finish goes as long as you tell me that all these guys that were hurt are, are back.
I, I was, uh, kinda going back a little bit, you mentioned the taxing travel.
I was wondering if the, the way that they treated the end of the preseason, if they took that into consideration, right? Understanding the two big opponents early, then the long travel going obviously London then San Francisco, whatever they got going on, uh, with the substation mess.
You think that maybe would, was like a part of the little Jedi mind trick that they tried to consider?
I mean, like we're seeing right now there's the game in Australia next week, and San Francisco is already there, and the Rams aren't leaving until like two days before.
I know Ron Rivera made a, a point about this a couple years ago when they went to Denver, like not flying out until like the day before 'cause that would help with the altitude.
You know, they're always trying to find edges, and if somebody over there has like, "Hey, you know, I did a-- I, I looked on Reddit, and we came up with a really good way to, uh, be able to travel.
