Now, the secondary concerns me this week because of not only who they're playing, but you saw this the other day, and there were a couple issues.

Like, there were two massive mistakes.

But again, the defensive performance was just awful.

And I think the most alarming thing to me, uh, in listening to Brian Schottenheimer yesterday was not that the young players played so many snaps and, and, and appeared confused, but how does Doron Bland blow another coverage? Uh, why are they sitting up there talking about geez, Quinn and Williams and, you know, Kenny Jackson, uh, I'm sorry.

I always have trouble with that one.

So Kenny Clark, two veteran defensive ends that you acquired because you traded Micah Parsons, one of whom in Quinn and Williams, you've made the centerpiece of your defense.

You've extended his contract in a proactive way.

That's very uncommon for this organization.

My guest today is one of the most respected coaches in the NFL, a proven culture builder with a hard-nosed defensive pedigree who won a Super Bowl as the Seahawks defensive coordinator, then led the Falcons to a Super Bowl appearance three years later.

Now he's charged with leading one of the league's original franchises back towards prominence, Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn.

And really none of that ever materialized.

And you just wonder if it's going to be more of the same.

And so the interesting thing with Dan Quinn coming into me is the Cowboys decided when Dan Quinn moved on, and I'm not sure they were going to bring him back even if he hadn't gotten the Washington job.

You know, that took forever.

I do think Dan Quinn is the one to watch to be fired.
